As the new owner of Mendocino's famous Ferrington Vineyards (since 1997), with about 70 acres of rich valley floor, Williams Selyem has concentrated on finding vineyards that produce grapes with just the right flavor profiles. They bring in grapes from prime vineyards in Mendocino County, the Central Coast, the Sonoma Coast, and their home appellation of the Russian River Valley.
