This year's 5th Grade Class Gift is one of community service--serving both CSB and the community. Parents and other individuals make a pledge to CSB and the boys make a pledge to participate in a day of community service, volunteering at the San Francisco Food Bank. Nearly 150,000 people in San Francisco live with the threat of hunger. The San Francisco Food Bank exists to provide hope. They depend on volunteers, food donors and financial supporters to further their mission. The 5th Grade Class will be working at the SF Food on Saturday, May 12, 2007.
