Availability is negotiable; a limited number of blackout dates are in effect- Thanksgiving and Christmas breaks. Also, the unit is now being rented on short term contracts (e.g. 6 weeks; 3 months, etc) and winning bidder must work around existing rental commitments. May-Oct 2007 is currently wide open. Once bid is won, we encourage winner to pick and confirm dates for use so we can plan the future rental schedule.
