You and your team can spend 1 day in a special informative session with the team that runs the largest observation unit in the country. You will go on rounds with the team as they assess and discharge patients, meet with nursing and midlevel providers, meet with coders and billers, meet with administration. All your questions will be answered. In addition you will receive a notebook with complete instruction for billing and coding and setting up your own unit.
