Using a train the trainer approach we will train 1-3 of your midlevel providers for up to 1 week in Observation Medicine. They will return with protocols, standing orders and the skills necessary to start work on your unit immediately. We will provide them with a comprehensive text developed at Rochester that covers all the essentials of Observation Medicine.
