Composer Danny Elfman is a celebrated pop musician (whose 1980s band, Oingo Boingo, became a cult favorite). Elfman is one of the most prolific composers in Hollywood, whose credits include Batman, Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, Spiderman, Men In Black, The Simpsons and Desperate Housewives. In 2005, ACO presented "Serenada Schizophrana", the world premiere of Elfman's first major symphonic work which was recently released on Sony Classical.
