Helen will bring the food and beverages, including Asian beer and sake, and dazzle your party with a delicious meal. But wait - there's more! Helen will also include a cooking demonstration on how to prepare these wondrous culinary treats.

Dinner to include Thai chicken soup, pan fried beef dumpling, seared ahi tuna, and vegetable rice paper wrap with shrimp. Cooking demo will include Asian salad with lemon grass dressing, steamed chicken dumpling, and assorted sushi rolls. If winner desires, menu can be modified.
