A binaural set of two (2) hearing aids; Starkey Laboratories Aspect Xtra. They are "mini" behind-the-ear and nearly invisible. These are meant for the high frequency loss common among men who have worked around noise. They are for those who hear, but have trouble understanding (especially in noise).
