Description

A set of 22 1/2"X17" watercolor prints, signed & numbered (364/500) by the late artist, Donald F. Mitchell, and commissioned by the Dallas Chamber of Commerce in a series called "Profile of Dallas".  Both prints are outdoor scenes.  One is titled "Trinity Green Wings" where the artist chose a pair of green-winged teal soaring through Texas countryside to symbolize the willingness of Dallas business people to change direction in our fast-paced environment.  The second print is titled, "The Homesteader" which the artist captured a homesteader's cabin in southwest Dallas which dates back a century.  This piece embodies the frontier spirit that many entrepreneurs embrace.
