Winning bidder must complete a 12 month lease agreement with a start date of no more than 5 months from the auction close date. Parking & Utilities NOT INCLUDED. Other restrictions may apply.
"BUY IT NOW" PAYMENT STRUCTURE: If a bidder chooses the "Buy it Now" option to win the Mosaic and stop the bidding process, the lease agreement will require two additional installments of $4,000 each. The winning bidder will be required to pay these installments in addition to the $7,000 "Buy it Now" amount; with a total price of $15,000. The first of these installments will be paid by the 5th day of the fifth month of the lease. The second of these installments must be paid by the 5th day of the eight month of the lease.
The "BUY IT NOW" option will automatically stop this item from going to the LIVE Auction platform. Bidding will be closed.
