The winning bidder selects the menu, and Dawn Newton, Chef and President of Kitchen Confidence, will help you put together a gourmet organic meal that is simple to execute for your next dinner party. You will do the cooking, and receive the recipes. Dawn will demonstrate the items to be cooked, and then you will cook the complete recipe with her helping hands at the ready.
Kitchen Confidence's philosophy also incorporates better food naturally, using organic, locally grown produce, eggs from cage-free chickens fed a healthy, hormone free diet, and organic meats and dairy products from small, independent producers dedicated to sustainable agriculture. The result is a gourmet meal worthy of the best restaurants in LA with a technique that's easy to accomplish where you can still enjoy your party.Unless this item is sold online with "I Want It Now," online bidding for it closes May 10 and re-opens at the Benefit from 5-6:45 p.m. on May 12.
