You will then be picked up from Sacramento Airport and whisked to the State Capitol for a VIP tour. After your tour of the Capitol, you will get an exclusive and highly sought-after tour of the Governor's private offices with a high-ranking member of his Administration. Enjoy lunch with State Senator Tom Harman (who represents Newport Beach, Huntington Beach and Costa Mesa in the legislature) at a local Sacramento eatery. After your California political update with Senator Tom Harman, your family will be welcomed by private tour guide and chauffeured to Sutter's Fort, the Leland Stanford Mansion and end your expeditions in Old Sacramento where the kids can indulge in candied apples and walk the cobble-stoned streets on their way to the California Railroad Museum.
• Rest your weary feet and check in to your room at the Sheraton Grand Hotel (located across the street from the State Capitol) before concluding your day with a fabulous dinner at the hot new restaruant in town, Spataro's.
