I am a 17 year old senior attending Weber Institute High School. This is my first year enrolled in art.

I decided to incorporate a heart in this piece to represent music. The heart is the most important organ in the human body...we can’t live without it. Well, music is sort of like a heart. Music also plays a very big and important role in people’s lives. Music can bring you peace when you are stressed-out or comfort you when you are sad. Just as humans can’t live without a heart, we can’t live without music. For me, I couldn’t live without music. Music is part of my life, and I think that it should be for everyone.
