Description

I am currently a junior at Weber Institute and am involved in the school technology academy.

I based my violin on two major cities: New York, for the East Coast, and San Francisco for the West Coast, (which also represents a great part of my childhood). Every month when I was younger, my dad, cousin, and I would travel to San Francisco and spend the day. It was a lot of fun. The San Francisco portion of the violin has a sunny day atmosphere to symbolize the sunny beaches of California. The Golden Gate Bridge represents the beautiful city of San Francisco.

New York is a city that I really wish to visit. To see the sights and sounds of New York has always been a desire of mine. As for New York, is renowned for its night life, hence the midnight theme. The upper part of the violin has the skyscrapers that are descriptive of New York City. Buildings align all sides of the violin. To finish it off, the Empire State Building scales up the neck of the violin.
