This is a true epicurean delight! Treat yourself and three of your friends to a special dinner with fabulous French wines at The Grape in Nashville, Tennessee.
Dinner will start with a DeVenoge Cordon Bleu Champagne Toast and an appetizer of Smoked Scottish Salmon served with a Feta Cream Cheese, Horseradish Cream Sauce, Capers, Red Onion and Toasted Baguette.
The Second Course will be a Spinach Salad tossed with Dried Cranberries, Bermuda Onion and Roquefort, and a warm Bacon Vinaigrette Served with a glass of Guy Bocard's White Burgundy.
The Third Course will be the Signature Grape Chops. New Zealand lamb chops roasted with special seasonings and served with a Mint, Black Cherry and Port Reduction and fresh Rosemary. A glass of Oriel's "Courant" 100% Syrah from The Rhone will accompany the lamb.
The Dinner will conclude with the Chocolate lovers dream called "Le Chocolate". A handmade shell of imported Dark Chocolate Petals embrace layers of Flowerless Chocolate Cake and velvety rich Chocolate Mousse, covered with Butter Toffee, Caramel and Strawberry Sauce.
