Description
This 50-page, 14" X 14" album was handmade and hand bound by a German artist. The design includes exquisite paper, with a liner between each page to preserve your pictures. The cover presents a celebration of love, with two ribbons (representing the two individual life journeys) woven into two bits of slate and knotted together to form a heart. The use of textures and slate in the cover symbolizes the warmth and strength embodied in this special marriage.
The auction item also includes having the album assembled to suit your personal needs by scrap booking artist (and JBWS Executive Director), Mary Baughman. After you provide the photographs, color scheme and a design consultation, Mary will create (or recreate) a customized wedding or anniversary album for you. The end product will be a priceless and loving gift for yourself or a special family member. (Some time restrictions apply.)
