Dino Modolo, born in Switzerland in 1956 to Italian parents, Dino spent his childhood between Venice, Italy and La Chaux-de-Fonds in the Swiss Jura mountains.  As a child growing up immersed in these two cultures, he quickly developed a passion for art and creative design (a staple of Italian culture) and a love for micro-techniques (inherent in that region of Switzerland, as the watch-making capital).  It was clear to him at an early age that this marriage of “art and science” …of “design and technique”… would be a life long passion for Dino Modolo.
