Scones are really easy to make: simply blend, shape and bake for hot & delicious scones in less than 30 minutes.  Any of these mixes can also be made into pancakes: simply add a couple of tablespoons of melted butter or oil, and enough milk to make a pourable batter, then cook on a griddle.
