This house is situated on one acre and equipped with 4-bedrooms, 3 baths with a large Lanai, partial ocean views, jacuzzi tubs, and is in a gated community.
The house includes a 10-foot retractable movie screen and T.V. for movie-theater quality movie nights. The house is fully equipped with all kitchen supplies, 2 large refrigerators, washer/dryer, microwave, etc.
Visit one of the Big Island's best snorkel beaches only two miles away! It's also located 2 miles above Kailua-Kona and only 8 miles from the airport.

Special Instructions
Guest is responsible for covering the cost of their utilities and house cleaning (~$200 for 5-day stay). The following 2007 dates are unavailable: May 11-19, June 5-19, July 4-10, August 11-24, November 16-26. Remaining dates are still available. Scheduling is first come, first served.
