This package is designed to help you maintain sense of "feeling good", by providing periodic therapy to reduce physical stress in the spine and surrounding muscle structures.  Includes one treatment a month, for twelve consecutive months.  Treatment shall consist of hot or cold packs, spinal massage and chiropractic spinal manipulation.  Includes initial examination.
