This is your chance to appear in a movie or TV series shooting here in Rhode Island. It's a non-speaking, one-day walk-on role donated by the Rhode Island Film and TV Office and LDI Casting of Providence.

Rhode Island has been a backdrop virtually since the dawn of movie-making. Classics like High Society and The Great Gatsby featured local venues. More recently, Underdog, Hard Luck and True Lies showcased our state.

Today, production is in overdrive: Touchstone Pictures has just wrapped up shooting a pilot for a possible ABC-TV series. Katherine Heigl, from Grey's Anatomy, will star in 27 Dresses, due to be shot here soon. And Showtime TV's hit Brotherhood is back for another season. And that's just the tip of the iceberg here in Hollywood East!

You'll only need one day for shooting and you won't need to memorize lines. But imagine how you'll feel as friends and family gather to watch your premiere!
