Lions and tigers and bears, oh my ... Join pre-primary teacher, Leslie Sinsay, and curriculum coordinator, Theresa Cullen, on this private guided tour at the National Zoo on Saturday morning, June 9, 2007. Students ages 4 to 8 will learn fascinating facts about elephants, giraffes, gorillas, among other animals, and be treated to a special demonstration at the sea lion or seal pool. A healthy snack will be provided. The tour begins at 9:45 am and lasts two hours. Available to the first eight students for a bid of $25. Please note that parents cannot join their children on the tour. Children will be accompanied by a guide, Leslie, and Theresa.
