24x24 unframed oil on canvas by Freeport artist Catherine Breer, who earned her B.A. in Art History from Emory University in 1986. While at Emory, she studied painting at the Atlanta College of Art. Upon graduation, she moved to Boston and studied painting and illustration at The School of the Museum of Fine Arts. She began showing her work in 2001, at a solo show at the Freeport Public Library in Freeport, Maine. Since then she has exhibited widely throughout New England, including being a part of "Art In Bloom" at the Museum of Fine Arts in Boston in May 2005.
