Laurel worked with Granite State Independent Living as both volunteer and employee for more than 20 years. She has been doing cross-stitch for years, and generously donated this complex piece for The 2007 Auction - a multi-color floral image on a black background with a taupe matte; rustic, dark-grey wooden frame; and glass. 

The size of the cross-stich piece is 15" x 15"; framed size is 19.75" x 20".

If you are familiar with cross-stitch work, you know how complex the process becomes when you are working on black fabric. Pieces of this size are unusual.
