Description
This beautifully hand-crafted scarf will chase away chilly winter air and look incredibly stylish at the same time. The 60" x 8" multi-colored polyester/rayon scarf in pleasing blue and green tones is buttery soft to the touch and will dress up your winter wardrobe. Fringed ends add a touch of playfulness. Hand wash in cold water; lay flat to dry.
Jim Horman began his weaving career in the mills of Lowell, Dracut and North Andover, Mass in the early 1930s. He later became superintendent of the JP Stevens mill in Tilton, NH, and worked in administration at Vermont and Massachusetts woolen mills until his retirement in the early 1980s. He took up hand weaving as a hobby after retirement, and takes pleasure in making unique scarves, shawls, baby blankets and doll house rugs.
