This Hand Embroidered - Hand Sewn king size quilt was created by Leone Seboldt (Grandmother of Jeff) of Van Horne, IA. Color is green & yellow on white background with a scalloped border and quilted in rose pattern. Quilting is approx. 8 stitches per inch and time involved is 300+ hours. Leone entered one of her quilts in the 1996 Benton County Fair and won Blue Ribbon and Best of Show.
