A passion for fine food has run through the Gregoriades family tree for many generations. The family's love for cooking and the highest levels of hospitality are directly linked back to the villages of northern Greece, where their Yia Yia (Greek for "grandmother") would create wonderful meals using fresh ingredients plucked from nature. Meals were a time when everyone could come together to enjoy each other's company and played an important role in defining what it meant to be a family.
