Spend some time getting to know horses - First, you will learn a little about the care and feeding of hores by getting to groom a horse or two before riding and helping to feed the herd lunch once your ride is over.  Time spent in the arena can be geared to any ability, a first time rider is fine as this is a great opportunity to be up close and personal with several quiet and dind horses.  If you are more experienced, you may choose to have a lesson on your own horse at a different location.  Your time on horseback can be spent bareback, english, or western, whatever you prefer.

Carla is a lifelong equestrian, having spent 13 years actively riding in a western/rodeo youth organization.  As an adult, she has ridden professionally, eventing and dressage.
