Special Instructions

Measures 24 x 30 inches, matted in white and framed in black. Oil pastels share very little in common with the more familiar soft pastel. Soft pastel sticks contain none of the oils or waxes that oil pastels share in common with their cousins the crayons. The surface of an oil pastel has a smooth finish, not the powdery finish associated with soft pastels.
