Description

Temmoku and natural ash glazes give this wood-fired jar its rustic feel. Shells were pressed into the sides, adding a decorative touch. This piece by potter Archie Johnson has a recessed gallery for the lid and shoulder handles for easy carrying. The knob reflects the rounded top of the pot. This piece is not only handsome but also useful. It can be used for storage as well as heating food, as it is food safe and microwave safe.

This is a Live Event Item.
