Leah Corey is essentially self-taught. Growing up in Corning, New York, She was inspired by the handcrafts of her mother and grandmother. Over a period of 20 years, her style has evolved to incorporate glass beads into jewelry in the same vein as the embroidery, quilting, and tatting of her ancestors.
