Description
Two-and-a-half-hour picnic trail ride for two in the gorgeous Catskill Mountains. Take a scenic ride to the top of a mountain on horseback where you will stop for lunch and breathtaking views before heading back through the woods, across meadows and down roads that are a part of the original "turnpike" built in the 1800's to pass over the mountain.
Special Instructions
Advanced bookings are required for all trail rides. Includes: one hour trail ride to picnic area, half hour picnic lunch of your choice, one hour trail ride back to barn - for two people. Expires 12/07.
Trail riders must be at least 10 years of age due to insurance restrictions. Trail riders must wear long pants and closed shoes. Stone Tavern Farm provides helmets.
