The best bread in New York - made by you at home!  During the fall/winter season of 2007, the owner of Sullivan St. Bakery, Jim Lahey, will bring back his hugely popular "Master Classes for the Home Baker."  The Zagat guide has voted Sullivan St. Bakery the Best Bread in New York for two years straight! 

Good for one group lesson in the series of Master Classes during fall/winter 2007. Classes will be limited to 15 people and are usually scheduled Sundays, 5-8 p.m., and are often held at the bakery itself.
