An intimate fine dining experience and culinary demonstration presented by Professor of Culinary Arts and Certified Executive chef, Mark Antsel and the students of Holyoke Community College's ACF-accredited culinary arts program.
Just back from his second culinary journey to Italy, Chef Antsel will work one-on-one with you to create a stunning, Italian-influenced, contemporary American menu to be paired with exceptional wines chosen by local restaurateur and Holyoke Community College fine dining instructor, Kim Rosner.
You and nine friends will dine at the intimate chef's kitchen table. Chef instructors and students will demonstrate and execute the six-course menu of your choice, culminating in an amazing tableside dessert presentation.
