5-course "Italian Dinner with Wine" for Two 

Buon Appetito offers an "Italian Dinner with Wine" once a month from autumn to early summer on a Sunday or Tuesday. Menu and structure varies from traditional meals featuring soup, appetizers and a main entree to assaggini, which is more of a tapas style.

At Buon Appetito, every dish is made to order, nothing is prepared ahead of time.  Chef and owner, Mino Giliberti, selects the best wines to complement each dish.  All dinners start with a glass of Prosecco and end with an authentic Italian dessert accompanied by a glass of Moscato di Asti.

Giliberti arrived from Italy in 1972, moved to Massachusetts and established Buon Appetito in 2001.  He is an experienced wine consultant with extensive knowledge of authentic Italian food.  Raised in the coastal Italian city of Bari, Giliberti's knowledge of fresh seafood is evident in his cooking.
