Since 1989, artist Shepard Fairey has been "creating quality dissent" by haunting consumer culture with a street campaign featuring an omnipresent Andre the Giant. This offset poster (originally a silkscreen print), instead of visual satire, uses an altered, classic antiwar phrase and early rock and roll poster design to create an appealing work.
