Full structural and mechanical home inspection by a NJ State licensed inspector. Certificate applies to a Middlesex County home up to 50 years old, up to 3,000 square feet. Larger houses, older houses, houses in surrounding counties, or those requiring additional inspections such as wood boring pests, radon test, septic, well, water, etc. with additional costs will receive a $300 credit toward the total inspection fees.
