Located high in the hills above St. Helena and founded by the wine maker who built Caymus, Dunn Howell Mountain has established itself as a quality and unique wine.  Often described as persistent cedary, dill-like, woody character and with tart wild berry flavors. Tannic but balanced, it needs short-term cellaring and decanting. Best to drink until 2012
