Must be able to do staging required, must use costume and wig provided, must be able to attend minimum rehearsal requirements, must participate in all performances (opening night).
Prepare for production-fill out and return measurement sheet, provide recent black and white photo, advise of any allergies to materials and make up, advise as to any physical limitations, such as lifting heavy objects, running or standing for long periods without sitting, provide contact information to Virginia Opera's Production Stage Manager.
Rehearse for Opera: Costume and wig fitting as scheduled, one staging rehearsals and three dress rehearsals and performance.
