Summer Shape-up program GLENWOOD BOOT CAMP.Join this twice a week morning group for an hour of total body conditioning designed to improve strength, agility, flexibility and endurance.  Boot Camp will be held outdoors (rain or shine). Learn to use the environment as your gym.  We will focus our workouts around the streets and hills of Glenwood.  By keeping it a small group, we will be able to focus on individual needs and help give your fitness workouts a jumstart for summer.Stephanie O'Dell and Michelle Warner both have BS degrees in Physical Education.

     Join us and others for this one-of-a-kind workout.  Boot Camp starts May lst and will run the Month of May on Tuesday and Friday mornings from (9:00  to l0:15)
