Margaret Hluch Biography
Margaret Hluch, a member of Maryland Institue College or Art's Fiber Department, earned a BFA from Kent State University and an MA from St. Cloud State University. She is the recipient of two Individual Artist Fellowships from the Maryland State Arts Council. Group shows of her work have taken place at the Ellipse Art Center and at Chatauqua International, and she has had solo exhibitions at the Kunsthaus in Stuttgart, Germany, The Painted Fish Gallery in Florida and Montgomery College in Maryland, among others. Margaret's work is in collections of the American Association of Retired Persons, the Westinghouse Electric Corporation and Sinai Hospital in Baltimore.
