A one-hour long "in your home" dog behavioral lesson, tailored to meet your specific needs with your canine companion.  Training topics can be addressed like walking nicely on a leash, house manners, basic or advanced obedience skills, clicker training, housebreaking, multi-dog household issues, problem solving, and even treadmill training!  Regardless of whether you've had dogs all your life, or whether you are just entering the canine world, there is much you can learn about new dog training techniques, equipment, learning theory and concepts of the canine mind.  Your instructor is Val Klein, a Certified Pet Dog Trainer, AKC Canine Good Citizen evaluator, and member of the National Association of Dog Obedience Instructors.  She has owned and trained the #2-ranked mixed-breed dog in the Northeastern United States as well as the #7-ranked Belgian Malinois for obedience.  Val has over 25 years of experience in a variety of dog training venues, and she offers both private and group classes.  Dogs and dog training is her full-time profession.  Private lessons are available Monday-Saturday, 11 am to 6 pm, depending on convenience.  Additional lessons can be scheduled at the regular hourly rate of $65 per hour if desired.  Val uses positive training techniques that are results motivated, and are based primarily on dog psychology principles.  You will ABSOLUTELY see results!
