Description

MKS knives are designed and assembled in Cambridge, MA by Adam Simha. Blades are hand made in Sheffield, UK.

This is a light, thin, flexible knife ~8 1/2" long for slicing and/or fish filleting / skin removal.

Knife comes with rawhide honing strap and sharpening instructions. Winner can choose red, green, or blue handle.

Item can be picked up at Kesher or shipped at the expense of the high bidder.
