Located only two hours from Boston in Hampton, CT, you will find yourself in some of the most beautiful countryside the region has to offer. The 90 acres of wooded property features a stocked river, areas built to sit, including our gazebo and picnic areas. Hiking trails are laced throughout the property for nature lovers to enjoy. We're family-friendly and just love kids.

You don't need to go anywhere to have a good time here. Just stay in, take a bath, fish the stocked stream, hike the trails or help us with the Alpacas.

The Safe Haven Bed & Breakfast is also a working alpaca farm. Alpacas roam the pastures here. We welcome visitors to the farm. Our alpacas are people friendly,and several enjoy human contact. Alpacas are very unique animals. Alpacas are gentle creatures and have a soothing hum as they communicate. The animals are fascinating and we welcome questions and tours of the farm.
