Jacob's Creek Chardonnay has intense peach melon fruit flavours with complex nutty oak and creamy characters. The texture is soft and silky and balanced by a fresh acid finish.

Mumm Napa Reserve Brut Sparkling Wine has the flavor of naturally ripened fruit selected from more than 50 sparate vineyards, and yields a beautiful rose petal aroma. Further layers reveal crisp yet creamy qualities, rich and lingering. Individual lots are kept separate during initial fermentation in order to highlight their vineyard differences and make the most of their specific strengths. The end result is a hugely popular, award winning wine with touches of vanilla and melon, with firm acid and crisp structure. Medium bodied, with excellent mousse and rich lingering finish, it pairs beautifully with grilled poultry, shellfish such as oysters, prawns and mussels, as well as brioche with portobello mushrooms.
