Norma's, the new signature restaurant/terrace with an open kitchen is a bright, bustling family-friendly hub by day which becomes a lovely room-with-a-view for a sunset dinner or sumptuous special-occasion feast. Fresh, local organic ingredients obtained through the Vermont Fresh Network are immersed into our menu whenever possible. Award-winning Vermont cheese and dairy products are regulars on the menu, as well as vibrant classics like jumbo lump crab cakes and prime beef filet.  Innovations such as tandoori-seared sea scallops and coffee-cured duck breast create a culinary experience like none other.
