The "Sound of Music" captured our hearts and  their wonderful hospitality and world renowned inn keeps the Trapp Family in the limelight. Executive Chef Juergen Spagolla, a native of Austria, has designed an ever-changing menu to reflect both Austrian and Vermont traditions. He and his staff select only the season's freshest local produce, game and fish, along with herbs and vegetables grown in their own gardens.
