"Libby's is the best diner in the Greater Burlington area. I am a regular to Libby's, for breakfast and lunch. The staff is amazing; the owner is awesome. They are so pleasant and very friendly. When the whole restaurant sings "Happy Birthday" and not just the staff that says something about its people and staff!"
