The Skinny Pancake started as a vending cart on Church Street and never looked back. Four years after the first crepe was served, they opened the doors to the new Skinny Pancake down on Burlington's waterfront at Lake & College, the newest building in Main Street Landing.  Head Chef Tim Collins has been testing crepe recipes and inventing new crepe dishes for all to enjoy.  The Skinny Pancake's goal is to add to the vibrancy and variety of our already-beautiful city and surroundings with unique and local food that is delicious, hearty, and affordable. (Sounds pretty tasty for a Valentine, doesn't it?)
