You and every one else in the city can see your child on NY1, the city's only 24 hour all news channel.  At the NY1 Studio, your child/children will be featured on Shelly Goldberg's "Parenting" segment either reading or participating in one of her events.  Shelly Goldberg's segments tape on Wednesday mornings, usually from 10am to Noon. You can arrange to come during the summer months, during holidays when the show is filming- or your child can miss a morning of school, but don't tell Katy Rosen!
